Welcome to New Zealand's first fully tailored free online training solution. All you need to do is sign up and register to receive a personalised training plan designed specifically to your needs.

Tailored to you:

You can create a plan to suit your lifestyle and fitness needs.
When you register we will ask some questions about you, your goals and your current fitness level. This will enable us to tailor a training programme specific to you.

Once your training plan is created you will then have the flexibility to rearrange daily sessions to suit your lifestyle.

Free:

Our service is provided to you completely free!

Unlike other online training guides our service is completely free. We are committed to providing top quality, accurate training and nutrition information free of charge.

Professionally created:

Our fitness plans have been developed by NZ’s top fitness trainers. Our fitness plans have been developed by two highly recognised and professional trainers. Hugh and Matt have 29 years of industry experience between them working with beginners through to international athletes. Find out more about Matt and Hugh.

Nutrition:

Our expert nutritionist will provide you with advice to match your training plan.

In addition to a personalised training plan you will receive your own nutrition plan. This will be based on the information you provided us when you registered (weight, sex) plus the energy you will require to complete your training programme. Nutrition plans have been developed by Professor Elaine Rush, and endorsed by the Ministry of Health (www.healthed.govt.nz).

Getting it right:

Our videos and illustrations will ensure you're provided with all the advice you need.

All exercises and stretches in your training plan come with videos or illustrations and explanations on how to correctly perform the exercise. You can watch video’s online or print illustrations and descriptions out to refer to during your training session.

Weather:

Your plan also provides a 5 day forecast and UV index specific to the area you live in.

Easy access to weather information will assist you in planning your weeks training. The flexible training plans allow you to rearrange your weekly schedule, depending on forecasted weather.

My Locker:

My Locker gives easy access to your personal training information. This includes your current training plan, previous (archived) plans and nutrition plan as well as personal details and password information. Use My Locker to print training plans, update personal information, set e-mail alerts and change your password.
