Having problems logging in?

There may be a couple of reasons why you can’t log in:

1. Your password in incorrect.
See ‘Forgotten you password?’ below

2. Your username is incorrect.
See ‘Forgotten your username?’ below

3. Your account hasn’t yet been activated.
If you are logging in for the first time, it may be that your account has not yet been activated.

When you first sign up to the website you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a link that, when clicked, will take you back to the site and activate your account. You will not be able to log in without first activating your account.

Haven’t received your email activation?

When your confirmation email was sent to you it may have been mistaken for SPAM. Check your junk email box to see if it is there. If you are still unable to locate this email you can get this resent to you by clicking the link below.

Forgotten your password?

Click the ‘Forgot your password’ link at the right of the website home page, and then follow the steps for creating a new password.

 

Forgotten your username?

Any email you receive from us will have your username included in it. The email will start off Hi [username]. If you can locate any emails sent to you from us you should be able to find your username.

If you are still unable to find your username, send us an email using our ‘contact us’ page, and we can look it up for you.
